Please follow this guide when uploading files for your custom designs.


To upload your  file  please select the box with the yellow arrow shown on the picture- this will prompt you to select the file on your computer

When uploading the file or files this will then take you to the next stage - if however, your file is too large or has issues you may have difficulty progressing to the next stage.

If this happens please continue as normal and send the file via Wetransfer (an online service ) to with your order reference number, Name and contact details.  The link to the free online service is here:


Can we do artwork for you?

Yes, see our visual setup guide! It unfortunately isn’t free, so if you supply us with a design brief then we can get you an artwork quote and you can get your artwork done by our professional design studio.

What file type do you want the artwork supplied to you in?

Our preferred file type to print is a hi-res PDF, however if you would like more information, check out our artwork guidelines here - .


Preferable working format is to supply a High Resolution PDF.



Adobe Photoshop (saved as psd. eps. tiff. or jpeg.) created @ 300dpi

Adobe Illustrator (saved as PDF. ai. or eps.)

Macromedia Freehand (saved as PDF. freehand file. or eps.)

InDesign* (saved as PDF. ind. or eps.)

Please remember to include all linked files If you are using another programme.


Files must be saved at 300dpi. Files at 72dpi will not print. 72dpi files will not resize to 300dpi in Photoshop.


Word, Publisher & Powerpoint files are not accepted unless converted to PDF.


Please convert text to paths/outlines, otherwise all the relevant Fonts should be sent, including all fonts used in EPS files.

Pictures supplied should have a resolution of 300dpi.

72 dpi pictures will not print.


RGB files are converted to CMYK (do this to see your colours).

Please supply a hard copy proof wherever possible.

When creating artwork for banners please leave approx. 2 inches around any images/text/logo for eyelets.
