Artwork Guidelines

Print Guide PDF

if supplying your own artwork please note we do not accept Microsoft office files. Convert them to PDF when saving. Furthermore we do not accept files larger than 25mb, any file over 15mb please use wetransfer.com to send. Please only send us High resolution PDFs, High resolution JPEGS, AI or PSD files.


Alternatively–

Adobe Photoshop (saved as psd. eps. tiff. or jpeg.) created @ 300dpi

Adobe Illustrator (saved as PDF. ai. or eps.)


InDesign* (saved as PDF. ind. or eps.)

Please remember to include all linked files If you are using another programme.


Files must be saved at 300dpi. Files at 72dpi will not print. 72dpi files will not resize to 300dpi in Photoshop.


Word, Publisher & Powerpoint files are not accepted unless converted to PDF.

 

Please convert text to paths/outlines, otherwise all the relevant Fonts should be sent, including all fonts used in EPS files.

Pictures supplied should have a resolution of 300dpi.

72 dpi pictures will not print.

 

RGB files are converted to CMYK (do this to see your colours).

Please supply a hard copy proof wherever possible.

You can supply files to us on USB Drives, CD, DVD or email files less than 10mb to – studio@banner-man.co.uk

When creating artwork for banners please leave approx. 2 inches around any images/text/logo for eyelets.

 

If you would like any artwork that we have created to take away for social media or anything else;

There will be a minimum charge per file on top of the cost to create the artwork. The cost per file is £7.50 in either a PDF, JPEG, EPS or PNG file format. If you wish to buy the whole package of artwork (all file formats included) it will be £30 per piece of artwork.

 

Minimum artwork charge is £7.50, this includes any file handling or changes to any artwork you supply us.

 

Any artwork that is supplied and is over 50MB will incur a £15 handling charge because of the time taken to process such artwork (per piece of artwork).


We send email proofs to ensure your artwork is correct. It is the final check prior to printing and is to authorise a client’s request. Clients who wish to have different artwork after signing off must pay again assuming their prints have already been completed.

 

Larger files please send via Dropbox or WeTransfer.
